Now with Premier Home Inspections Inc. as a member of your team you will be able to make an informed choice on the home you are purchasing. We encourage you, as the buyer, to join us on the inspection. We will point out any problems we may find and try to point you in the right directions to getting these problems solved before they cause expensive damage to the home. We also point out the good things we find.

At Premier Home Inspections Inc. we offer a FREE I hour consultation service after you have moved into your home, should you require any questions to be answered about your new home. Premier Home Inspections Inc. has two highly trained professional inspectors on staff.

We are an incorporated company, and are members of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. Each Home Inspection takes approximately two to three hours to complete, to ensure we do a thorough job of inspecting your future home. Premier Home Inspections normally has two inspectors at each inspection. After the inspection we will leave with you a list of Bottom Line Items  (bottom line items are the major problems that were found during the inspection). The actual report can be downloaded off the internet, complete with pictures and web links to information pertaining to the problems found in your home. If you do not have a computer or internet connection, your report will be delivered to you. We also offer first year inspections on new homes. The first year report can be used as a guide to give to your builder to have any necessary work completed or the information in the report can be used for your New Home Warranty Program.  Our fee for each inspection is $350.00 plus G.S.T.
